It is Devenu. :heart: made him up, he's a son of her Nen & 's Carabos. (It might not look much like him, I'm not good at chibifying manly things. X3 ) It's hard to draw fanart when there's just one pic of a chara, cuz sometimes you're not sure what's an actual aspect of the character, & what's just a quirk of that particular picture. ^^;
so, uhm. yeah.
Ish fish boi.

Edit: Oh, and he is owned by ! so this is really for 3 people I guess. XD He's an amaaaaaalgamation. *wiggles fingers* (or something ._. )

Awww~! He looks like a beta-fish mermaid! I love that shy and sweet look on his face as he's singing. Not to mention the great contrast of solid black on such pale and vivid colors. Good to see you posting more stuff again, honey! ^^V
