Anyone read the Last Herald Mage trilogy by Mercedes Lackey? Best western yaoi ever! Sorta angsty, but not off-puttingly so, if angst isn't your thing. (It isn't mine. XD ) It's just a great story, is what it is. I've converted homophobic male friends with it, its that good. ^--^. This pic was requested by..... sssssssomeone. I forget. ^^; It was a looong time ago. But the concept was totally their idea, whoever they were. P:

0__________0;;; This is SUCH a gorgeous pic! It musta taken you AGES to draw! I love the idea of Van seeing 'Lendel in the mirror rather than Stef. Gah, I cried when 'Lendel died, in fact I cried nearly all the way through, the story is so sad! I'm usually not mad keen on anime-like styles but yours looks much more original and interesting than most so I like it =D (Big Grin) I love how you have yellow highlights on everything, it increases the mood of the scene and reminds us that it is probably night (otherwise they wouldn't have a light on.) Your colouring is really nice, and the pose is great. =D (Big Grin) My only complaint is that I think Stef is meant to have redder coloured hair, but since that's just my interpretation, it's not a vey good complaint! =D (Big Grin) *adds to faves*

Whoah. Truly lovely. There's so little Van/Stef art out there, I always love seeing it ^_^

The only thing I can see as "wrong" in the pic is the legs look a little scrawny. Or maybe Deviant's just messing up the sizing again x_x
